This is one of Bolu's quietest corners — mountains, forest, a handful of village roads, and not much else besides silence. Looking for a crowd in Kıbrıscık is a wasted effort, and don't be surprised if your phone loses signal too. Don't worry about having few options; the dice doesn't need many, and nobody's calling anyway. Don't even bother asking what to do — let the one in your pocket answer, then just listen and start walking.
